国际工程承包企业物流体系建设研究

摘要
近年来,随着全球化进程的加快和工程承包企业实力的增强,越来越多的企业走出国门去开展海外业务。海外工程项目顺利实施的一大关键要素即物资保障,物流作为物资交付和保障的重要途径,重要性越发凸显。相比于国内项目,国际工程地理位置分散、文化差异巨大、各国政策各异,运输对象难度大等特点,使得建立一套切实可行,确保工程所需物资顺利交付的工程物流体系,就显得尤为重要。
In recent years,with the acceleration of the globalization process and the strengthening engineering contracting enterprises' strength,more and more enterprises have gone abroad to carry out overseas business. A key element of the smooth implementation of overseas engineering projects is material security. The importance of logistics as an important means of material delivery and protection is becoming more and more important. Compared with domestic projects,the geographical location of international engineering is scattered,the cultural differences are huge,the policies in different countries are different,and the difficulty of transporting objects makes it possible to establish a set of engineering logistics system that is feasible and to ensure the smooth delivery of materials required by the project become more important.
