摘要

海洋环境管理人才是兼具海洋环境专业知识和管理学科知识,在海洋环境管理领域做出创造性劳动或突出贡献的脑力劳动者,是建设海洋强国,推动海洋环境可持续发展的中坚力量。从海洋强国建设背景下海洋环境管理人才的现实需求出发,探讨海洋环境管理人才的培养现状、面临的困境及其挑战、影响因素、对策建议等方面存在的问题,对海洋环境管理人才进行定位及其培养,探寻加强海洋环境管理的有效路径有重要意义。
        Marine environment management personnel are the mental workers who have knowledge of not only the marine environmental professionbut also the management disciplines and have been making creative work and outstanding contributions in the fields of marine environmental management.They are the backbone of building the marine power and promoting the sustainable development of the marine ecosystem.Starting from the marine environment management personnel training,this paper analyzedthe difficulties and challenges,influencing factors and solutions,and tried to discuss the marine environment management talent orientation and training,and exploring an effective path to strengthening the management of the marine environment.
