中国装备制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响效应研究

摘要
根据2005-2015年省级面板数据,采用空间基尼系数估算全国装备制造业集聚水平;采用考虑非期望产出的Super-SBM模型测度全国装备制造业绿色创新效率;采用空间计量分析方法,构建门槛面板模型,实证检验装备制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响效应。结果表明:全国装备制造业绿色创新效率总体呈先升后降趋势,但地区差异明显;装备制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响呈显著的N型关系,具有双重门槛效应;东部、东北地区装备制造业集聚对绿色创新效率呈递增的正向非线性影响,中部地区装备制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响呈先降后升态势,西部地区装备制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响呈倒N型关系;研发投入强度、能源消耗与装备制造业绿色创新效率显著正相关,城市化水平、环境规制与装备制造业绿色创新效率显著负相关。提高装备制造业发展质量,应增加研发投入,增强自主创新能力,促进装备制造业集聚化、绿色化发展。
        Based on the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2015,the article measured the agglomeration level of China's equipment manufacturing industry in the spatial GINI coefficient,while the green innovation efficiency of China's equipment manufacturing industry was measured by the Super-SBM model with non-expectation output.The effect of agglomeration on green innovation efficiency was empirically tested by using the spatial econometric analysis method and the construction threshold model.The results show that there are regional differences in the green innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry,which is measured by Super-SBM model.The influence of equipment manufacturing agglomeration on green innovation efficiency has a significant N-type relationship with double threshold effect.The effect of equipment manufacturing industry cluster on the green innovation efficiency presents an increasing positive nonlinear effect in the east and the northeast region,the equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration in central China on the green innovation efficiency declines first,and then grows,the influence of equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration in the western region restricts the green innovation efficiency,showing the inverted N type relationship.The research and development investment intensity and energy consumption are positively correlated with the green innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry.The urbanization level,environmental regulation and the green innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry are significantly negatively correlated.To improve the development quality of equipment manufacturing,we must enhance R&D investment and independent innovation capability,as well as promote the agglomeration and greening development of equipment manufacturing industry.
