摘要
玛湖凹陷西斜坡区钻井过程中存在地层岩性变化大,上部地层易发生阻卡、地层压力系统复杂、漏失现象严重、钻井周期长等难点。针对钻井难点,通过开展井身结构优化,二开段优选高效PDC钻头,三开段优选扭力冲击器+PDC钻头,优化钻井液防漏堵漏配方,形成适合该区的钻井配套提速技术。经现场应用表明,机械钻速提高了37.4%,复杂时率由2.50%降至0.85%,钻井周期缩短37 d,形成的钻井配套提速技术提速效果明显。
        In west slope, Mahu Depression, some downhole complexities and accidents of sticking and bit balling are likely to occur in the upper strata due to large lithological variation. Moreover,both complex formation-pressure system and big change of regional pressure bring about other difficulties, such as serious loss circulation, poor drillability, low ROP, and long drilling cycle. So, some corresponding technologies to improve drilling rate were developed,containing optimizing hole structure, optimizing high-efficient PDC bit in the 2 nd spudding, optimizing torque impacter + PDC bit in the 3 rd spudding, and optimizing loss prevention and control formula for drilling fluid. These technologies show an obvious effect from three aspects, for instance, ROP increasing by 37.4%, downhole accident ratio decreasing to 0.85% from 2.50%, and drilling cycle reducing to 37 d.
