骨科病房中应用护理风险管理的效果评价

摘要
目的观察护理风险管理在骨科病房中应用效果,探讨临床应用价值。方法 2016年1—12月该院进行常规护理骨科患者210例(常规护理组),2017年1—12月实施护理风险管理骨科患者230例(风险管理组),常规护理组进行常规骨科护理,风险管理组进行风险防范护理与管理:健全完善骨科护理风险管理制度、成立骨科护理风险管理小组、提高骨科护理人员素质、加强骨科医护患沟通、完善骨科病房防护措施。结果风险管理组发生骨科不良并发症1.74%、护理投诉0.43%低于常规护理组的6.67%、2.86%;护理满意度98.26%高于常规护理组的93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予骨科患者护理风险管理,有效提高了患者治疗依从性和护理人员的责任意识和服务质量,降低了患者及家属的护理投诉率和风险事件发生的几率,缓解日益紧张的护患关系。
Objective To observe the application effect of nursing risk management in orthopedic wards and to explore the clinical application value. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, 210 patients(conventional nursing group) underwent routine nursing orthopedics, and 230 patients(risk management group) who underwent nursing risk management from January 2017 to December 2017, routine nursing group conducted routine orthopedic care, and the risk management team conducted risk prevention nursing and management: perfecting and improving the orthopedic nursing risk management system, setting up the orthopedic nursing risk management team, improving the quality of orthopedic nursing staff, strengthening the communication of orthopedic doctors and nurses, and improving the protection measures for orthopedic wards.Results The risk management group had 1.74% of orthopaedic complications, 0.43% of nursing complaints, lower than6.67% and 2.86% of the routine nursing group, and the nursing satisfaction was 98.26% higher than that of the conventional nursing group(93.33%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The management of nursing risk in orthopedic patients can effectively improve the patient's treatment compliance and the sense of responsibility and quality of care of the nursing staff, reduce the patient's and family's nursing complaint rate and the probability of occurrence of risk events, and alleviate the increasingly tight relationship between nurses and patients.
