摘要
采用自制HZSM-5分子筛催化剂,以某炼油厂加氢裂化尾油为原料,在固定床反应器上考察了操作条件对降凝产品链烷烃及白油的性能和收率的影响,得出最佳的操作条件为:反应温度380℃,质量空速1.0h~(-1),反应时间12 h,在此条件下得到的白油收率最高,且白油及链烷烃性质均满足要求。通过测定催化剂的比表面积、酸类型及酸中心密度,得出自制催化剂同时具有B酸和L酸,拥有强酸中心,有利于降凝反应的进行。
Using self-made HZSM-5 molecular sieve as the catalyst, hydrocracking tail oil from a refinery as raw material, the effect of operating conditions on properties and yield of the alkanes and white oils was investigated on fixed bed reactor. The best operating conditions were determined as follows: the reaction temperature 380 ℃,the weight space velocity(WHSV) 1.0 h~(-1), and the reaction time 12 h. Under this conditions, the yield of white oil was the highest. The properties of white oil and alkanes met the products requirements. Determination results of the specific surface area, acid type and acid center density of the catalyst show that self-made HZSM-5 has B acid and L acid, and has strong acid centers, which is favor to the dewaxing reaction.
