两株生防细菌对苦瓜枯萎病的防治效果及其定殖密度的研究

摘要
以"如玉39"苦瓜为试材,利用皿内和盆栽试验,研究了生防细菌K18-5和KH48-5对苦瓜枯萎病菌的抑制活性和苦瓜枯萎病的防治效果,及其在苦瓜根系的定殖能力,以期为苦瓜枯萎病生物防治提供优质的生防资源。结果表明:K18-5和KH48-5均显著抑制枯萎病菌菌丝生长及其分生孢子的萌发;在盆栽试验中,K18-5和KH48-5对苦瓜枯萎病具有显著的防治效果,其防效分别达到75.27%和69.11%。K18-5和KH48-5均具有良好的根际定殖能力,在皿内采用双层滤纸法测定其定殖密度,分别为2.45×104 cfu·cm~(-1)和4.60×103 cfu·cm~(-1);在盆栽试验中,K18-5和KH48-5在苦瓜根部稳定保持1×103 cfu·g-1以上的定殖密度。
        'Ruyu 39'bitter melon was used as material.In vitro and pot experiments were conducted to research on the inhibitory activities and control effect of two kinds of K18-5and KH48-5biocontrol agents against Fusarium oxysporumand their the root colonization abilities.In order to provide quality biological control resources for balsam pear wilt.The results showed that K18-5and KH48-5inhibited the mycelial growth and conidiospore germination of Fusarium oxysporum in vitro.In pot experiment,K18-5and KH48-5had significant control potentials against Fusarium wilt and the control efficiencies were 75.27% and 69.11% respectively.In addition,K18-5and KH48-5 had strong colonization abilities in rhizosphere of bitter melon,the colonization densities were 2.45×104 cfu·cm~(-1) and 4.60×103 cfu·cm~(-1) respectively with double layer filter paper method,in pot experiment,K18-5and KH48-5could sustain at high population densities in bitter melon root which were more than 1×103 cfu·g-1.
