摘要
采用田间小区试验研究配施生物炭肥减施化肥对辣椒生长及根际土壤微生态环境的影响。结果表明,配施生物炭肥能够促进辣椒生长,显著提高叶片叶绿素含量和根系活力,提高果实中蛋白质、VC和可溶性糖含量,产量比常规施用化肥显著增加13.04%。配施生物炭肥还能够提高辣椒根际土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性,显著增加根际土壤中细菌和放线菌数量,减少真菌数量,提高根际土壤中速效氮、磷、钾含量,对辣椒根际土壤微生态具有良好的调节效果。
        By field plot experiment this paper studied the effect of applying biochar fertilizer and reducing chemical fertilizer application on pepper growth and microecological environment in its rhizosphere soil. The results showed that combined application of biochar fertilizer could promote pepper growth,increase chlorophyll contents of leaves and root system activities,improve pepper yield and quality,including increasing the contents of protein,vitamin C and soluble sugar.Compared with the conventional application of chemical fertilizer,biochar fertilizer application significantly increased the pepper yield by 13.04%.The combined application of biochar fertilizer could also increase the activities of urease,phosphatase,invertase and catalase,quantities of bacteria and actinomycetes in peper rhizosphere soil,reduce fungus number;and increase contents of available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in pepper rhizosphere soil;thus had favourable effect on regulating microecology of pepper rhizosphere soil.
