探究新媒体环境下高校大学生心理健康教育路径

摘要
当今时代是信息时代,尤其是互联网与计算机技术普及之后,渗透到人们的衣、食、住、行等方方面面。大学生群体正处于芳华正茂、朝气蓬勃的黄金时期,喜欢追求新鲜刺激的事物,新媒体的迅猛发展,对于大学生而言是一把双刃剑,高校教师应该高度重视,对大学生进行相应的心理健康教育,引导他们树立正确的价值观念,促进自身全面发展。本文首先简要概述新媒体的相关概念,其次深入分析新媒体环境对大学生心理健康产生的积极与消极影响;最后对新媒体环境下高校大学生心理健康教育路径提出自己的建议,以期为相关教育工作者的日常工作提供一定的参考。
The current era is the information era, especially after the popularity of the Internet and computer technology, they have infiltrated into people's clothing, food, housing, and travel. College students are in the golden age, and they like to pursue fresh and exciting things. However, the rapid development of new media is a double-edged sword for college students. College teachers should attach great importance to the psychological health education for college students, so as to guide them to establish correct values and promote their all-round development. This paper first briefly summarizes the relevant concepts of new media, and secondly analyzes the positive and negative impacts of the new media environment on the psychological health of college students. Finally, it puts forward the writer's suggestions on the path of psychological health education for college students in the new media environment, with a view to providing certain reference for the routine work of relevant educators.
