甲基苯丙胺对男性生殖系统影响
摘要
甲基苯丙胺(MA)是一种成瘾性极高的精神兴奋剂药物,主要影响大脑的单胺神经递质系统,并使人产生高度警觉性,增加人的兴奋性。由于其相对较低的成本和长期的精神作用,该药物特别受年轻人欢迎。吸食MA会给人类带来严重健康问题,不仅限于中枢神经系统,并且会增加吸毒者的其他多个系统疾病的发病率和死亡率。同时,促成了一系列心理社会问题,包括医疗和法律问题,造成大量的经济损失,影响社会公共卫生安全。也对吸食毒品者的家庭带来危害。本文综述了相关文献对MA的毒性、分子机制、及对男性生殖系统的危害。
