摘要
分析了2种机制砂石粉的成分、形貌等特点。比较了石粉吸附聚羧酸减水剂的量、改性剂对砂浆扩展度和强度的影响,并应用在2种硅质机制砂混凝土中。试验结果表明:改性剂可有效增加砂浆扩展度,略微提高砂浆强度、对混凝土的初始坍落度可以有效提高,减少混凝土的坍落度损失,对强度没有太大影响。改性剂可以通过超强分散作用来提高硅质机制砂混凝土的工作性,减少硅质石粉的负面影响。
        Firstly,the composition,morphology and characteristics of mechanism sand stone powder are analyzed. The amount of stone powder absorbed carboxylic acid water reducing agent,influence of modifier on the expansion and strength of mortar was compared,and it has been applied to two kinds of siliceous mechanism sand concrete. The test results show that the modifier can effectively increase the expansion of mortar and slightly increase the strength of mortar,effectively improved the initial slump of concrete,reduce the slump loss of concrete,and have no great influence on the strength. The modifier is used to improve the workability of the siliceous mechanism sand concrete by complexation with strong dispersion to reduce the negative influence.
