摘要
随着我国的航天事业飞速发展,各种航天设备与相关的零部件的质量、性能与轻量化均被提升,更多的机械化先进制造技术被使用到航天器制造中,以运载火箭为例,运载火箭可支持当前的航天与太空探索事业,将各种新型飞行器推动到太空中,使其稳定地在预定轨道中运行。加工制备运载火箭时必须运用精细化手段,除了每一个加工工件,贮箱是运载火箭的关键装置。加工箱底区域时,需注重处理铝合金,该材料存在熔点低、热传导系数过大的问题,因此不少加工单位都在使用搅拌摩擦焊接技术,结合箱底加工工艺应用要求,分析运用搅拌摩擦焊接技术方法的情况。
        With the rapid development of China's space industry, the quality, performance and lightweight of various space equipment and related parts have been improved, more mechanized advanced manufacturing technologies have been used in spacecraft manufacturing. Taking carrier vehicles as an example, it can support the current air and space exploration cause, launch a variety of new aircraft into space, so that it can operate stably in a predetermined orbit. Fine means must be used in the processing and preparation of launch vehicles. In addition to each machined workpiece, the tank is the key device of the carrier vehicle. When processing the bottom area of the box, attention should be paid to the treatment of aluminum alloy, which has the problems of low melting point and too large thermal conductivity, thus many processing units are using friction stir welding technology. Based on the application requirements of the box bottom processing technology, the application of friction stir welding(FSW) is analyzed.
