体验式教学在基层管理类课程中的应用——以陆军军事交通学院汽车士官学校为例

摘要
为推动士官院校信息化建设和实战化教学改革,提升士官人才培养质量,在基层管理类课程教学中应用体验式教学模式,并分析这一模式的创新点、需求点、关注点与突破点。从夯实基础硬环境、优化施教软环境、融洽互动内部环境等方面,强调体验式教学应加强环境氛围的营造;从教员、学员和教学保障与考核等3个方面分析体验式教学的关注点;从深化教学改革、提高学习成效和凸显实践应用等方面探讨体验式教学的突破点。
        To promote information construction and combat-oriented teaching reform in sergeant academy, and improve the quality of training sergeant talents, the experiential teaching mode is applied in the teaching of grass-roots management courses, and the innovation, demand, focus and breakthrough points of this mode are analyzed in this paper. It firstly emphasizes strengthening the construction of environment atmosphere in experiential teaching from consolidating basic hard environment, optimizing soft environment of teaching, and harmonizing the internal environment of interaction. Then, it analyzes the focus of experiential teaching from teacher, students, and teaching guarantee and assessment. Finally, it discusses the breakthrough points of experiential teaching from deepening teaching reform, improving learning effectiveness, and highlighting practical application.
