电子政务模式下的科技体制研究分析

摘要
科技管理体制是目前我国政府管理体制的核心构成部分。但现行的科技管理体制还是存在很多问题,包括管理部门决策能力差,部门之间协调合作能力差等。引入电子政务的模式可以帮助缓解或借鉴管理体系中存在的冲突和问题。电子政务是信息化管理平台,也是民主化管理平台。通过建立健全相关法规条例,转换管理部门的老旧观念,提升国民整体素质,来促进科技电子政务的构建。
Science and technology management system is the core component of our government management system at present.However, there are still many problems in the current science and technology management system, including poor decision-making ability of management departments, poor coordination and cooperation between departments and so on. The introduction of e-government model can help alleviate or learn from the conflicts and problems existing in the management system. E-government is not only an information management platform, but also a democratic management platform. Through the establishment and improvement of relevant laws and regulations, changing the old concepts of management departments, and improving the overall quality of the people, the construction of scientific and technological e-government will be improved.
