摘要
采用超声波法及取芯法对国内某跨海大桥桩基础施工质量进行评价。超声波法检测时发现波幅及波速存在异常点,进而利用取芯法对取出的芯样进行外观描述及抗压试验,试验结果表明:波幅及波速异常点处的芯样侧面存在微麻面,且抗压强度较低,并判定桩身局部存在离析现象,桩身结构完整性为Ⅱ类。超声波法为实体工程中桩身质量的检测提供了便捷,但其精准性不足,需借助取芯法进行验证。
The ultrasonic wave method and coring method were used to evaluate the construction quality of pile foundation of a sea-crossing bridge. The ultrasonic wave method found abnormal points in the wave amplitude and wave velocity, and then used the coring method to carry out appearance description and compression test on the core sample taken out. The test results showed that there were micro pits on the side of the core sample at the abnormal points of wave amplitude and wave velocity, and the compression strength was low. It was also determined that there was segregation phenomenon in the local part of the pile body, and the structural integrity of the pile body was class Ⅱ. The ultrasonic wave method provides convenience for the quality inspection of pile body in solid engineering, but its accuracy is insufficient and needs to be verified by coring method.
