机械排痰联合中药肺俞穴离子导入护理小儿肺炎喘嗽75例临床观察

摘要
目的观察机械排痰联合中药肺俞穴离子导入护理小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的154例住院的肺炎喘嗽患儿随机分为治疗组75例和对照组79例,治疗组使用机械排痰联合中药肺俞穴离子导入法,对照组使用机械排痰法,2组干预5 d后比较临床疗效和患儿的舒适度。结果治疗组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的86.07%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组75例中舒适60例(占80.00%),对照组79例中舒适65例(占82.28%),2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组2例患儿出现1级皮肤刺激征。结论机械排痰联合中药肺俞穴离子导入护理小儿肺炎喘嗽临床疗效确切,具有舒适、安全、有效的优势,可减少患儿口服中药的痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of pneumonia with dyspneic cough in children nursing with the combination of mechanical sputum excretion and iontophoresis of Feishu (BL13) of TCM.Methods A total of 154 hospitalized pneumonia patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into therapy group (75 cases) and control group(79 cases).The therapy group was treated by mechanical sputum excretion combined with the method of iontophoresis at Feishu (BL13) of TCM.The control group was treated with the method of mechanical sputum excretion. After 5 days of intervention in both groups,the curative effect of the 2 groups and the comfort of those children were compared.Results The total effective rate of the therapy group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.07%),and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Among the 75 patients in the therapy group,60 patients (80.00%) were comfortable,and in the control group,65 patients were comfortable (82.28%),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2 cases of children in the therapy group had 1 level skin irritation sign.Conclusion The combination of mechanical sputum excretion and iontophoresis of Feishu (BL13) of TCM nursing pneumonia with dyspneic cough in children has the advantages of comfort,safety and effectiveness,which can reduce the pain of oral Chinese medicine,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
