机械排痰对行辅助通气重症肺炎患者呼吸功能、生命体征及病死率的影响
摘要
目的探讨机械排痰对行辅助通气重症肺炎患者呼吸功能、生命体征及病死率的影响。方法选取行辅助通气重症肺炎患者104例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各52例,分别给予肺泡灌洗和在此基础上与机械排痰联用治疗;比较两组患者辅助通气时间,ICU住院时间,治疗前后呼吸功能指标、生命体征指标及随访病死率。结果干预组辅助通气时间和ICU住院时间均短于对照组(均P <0.05);干预组治疗后呼吸功能指标水平均优于对照组、治疗前(均P <0.05);两组治疗前后生命体征指标水平和随访病死率差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。结论机械排痰辅助用于行辅助通气重症肺炎患者能够显著加快病情康复进程,改善呼吸功能指标,且未导致生命体征波动和死亡风险增加。
