化工厂机械设备润滑管理及其保养

摘要
随着我国经济和科学技术的不断发展,我国化工行业也取得了显著的进步。机械设备是进行产品生产重要基础,机械设备的质量和管理方式会直接影响化工厂生产的效率和产品质量,化工厂中存放有大量危险性高的产品和化学原料,机械设备一旦发生故障会造成严重后果,需要对化工厂的机械设备进行完善细致的管理和维护,为安全生产提供保障。主要从机械设备的润滑管理和机械设备的养护两个方面进行阐述,为化工厂的机械设备管理和安全生产提供建议和参考。
With the continuous development of China's economy and science and technology,China's chemical industry has also made remarkable progress.The mechanical equipment in chemical plants is an important basis for product production.The quality and management methods of mechanical equipment will directly affect the production of chemical plants.Efficiency and product quality,a large number of dangerous products and chemical raw materials are stored in the chemical plant.Once the mechanical equipment fails,serious consequences will result.The mechanical equipment of the chemical plant needs to be carefully managed and maintained to ensure the safety of production.This paper mainly elaborates on the lubrication management of mechanical equipment and the maintenance of mechanical equipment,and provides suggestions and references for the mechanical equipment management and safe production of chemical plants.
