地方院校机电设备评估课程教学改革探究

摘要
作为资产评估专业的核心课程之一,机电设备评估是一门多学科融合、实践性强且复杂难学的课程。地方院校的传统教学方法存在课堂讲授难以画像,校外实习难以盖全所有设备,课时有限重在灌输的不足,同时该专业大学生缺乏相关工科知识储备,学习兴趣随课时递减,急需要进行课程教学改革。改革的建议是地方院校要发挥优势,淡定务实,要尽可能课堂跨界,要不拘一格培养兴趣。
As one of the core courses of asset appraisal major, Machinery and Equipment Appraisal is a course with multidisciplinary integration, strong practicality and difficult to learn. The traditional teaching methods in local universities are insufficient in teaching description, off-campus practice difficult to cover all the equipment, limited class hours focus on inculcation. Meanwhile, the students of this major lack the relevant engineering knowledge, and their interest in learning decreases with the class hours. Therefore, curriculum reform is urgently needed. The suggestion of the reform is that local universities should give full play to their advantages, be calm and pragmatic, cross the boundaries of the classroom and cultivate their interests as far as possible.
