摘要
讨论了一种搅拌摩擦焊中的机械载荷动态检测装置,从工作原理、具体结构方面作出了具体阐述。这种装置是专门用于检测搅拌摩擦焊中的焊件所受的三向力,实现了测量及其动态变化过程,简化了搅拌摩擦焊的加工过程,为后期研究三向力对焊缝质量的具体影响打下基础。
This paper discusses a dynamic testing device for mechanical load in friction stir welding,and expounds its working principle and concrete structure. This device is specially used to detect the three-dimensional force on the welded parts in friction stir welding. It realizes the measurement and dynamic change process,simplifies the processing process of friction stir welding,and lays a foundation for the later study of the concrete influence of the three-dimensional force on the weld quality.
