摘要

经济建设的发展,给社会的各个行业都带来积极的影响。就我国的建筑工程而言,其科技化、信息化和技术化已经成为了建筑工程发展的一种方向。而机电安装工程正是建筑工程重要的组成部分,已经在逐步向创新化和科技化迈进。那么,在机电安装工程电气施工关键工序中,对其如何做好有效地控制和管理?本文就围绕这一主题,重点从机电安装工程电气施工内容出发,对电气施工材料的科学控制和管理、对管线敷设的科学控制和管理、对预留洞的科学控制和管理、对电气施工过程的科学控制和管理、做好电气施工和土建施工协调工作、对BIM技术的引入应用,这六个方面提出论述,旨在探讨提高施工关键工序控制与管理水平。
        Economic development has brought positive influence to all sectors of society. China's construction industry is developing towards informatization. The electromechanical installation engineering is an important part of the construction project and it is gradually moving towards innovation and technology. Then, in the key processes of electrical construction of electromechanical installation engineering, how to effectively control and manage it? This article focuses on this topic, starts from the electrical construction content of electromechanical installation engineering, and discusses from 6 aspects: scientific control and management of electrical construction materials, scientific control and management of pipeline laying, scientific control and management of reserved holes, scientific control and management of electrical construction process coordination of electrical construction and civil construction, and the introduction and application of BIM technology, aiming at exploring the improvement of key process control and management levels.
