摘要
针对游泳跳水场馆类型机电管线密集复杂而建筑空间狭窄的情况,建立BIM模型,分析BIM技术在机电管线综合排布及工期成本控制2个方面的价值体现。管线综合排布时,利用BIM软件完成建筑结构及机电管线BIM模型建立,并依据验收规范及施工要求对管线模型进行综合,完成管线综合排布后导出管线建筑留洞图及系统单线平面图,方便现场施工。,BIM技术在工期成本方面体现出较高的价值,是保证工期履约的重要因素,也在一定程度上节省了施工成本。简言之,BIM技术在复杂场馆机电工程的运用为项目的完美履约和成本控制提供保障。
        Aiming at the dense and complex construction space of swimming and diving venues,the BIM model is built,and the two aspects of BIM technology in the comprehensive arrangement of electrical and mechanical pipelines and the cost control of construction period are analyzed. The pipeline comprehensive arrangement,set up by BIM software architecture and the electromechanical pipeline BIM model,and according to the criteria of acceptance and construction requirements of a comprehensive arrangement of pipeline model,complete the pipeline comprehensive arrangement,after exporting pipeline construction hole diagram,each planar graph,and convenient field construction. In terms of the cost of time,BIM technology has shown high value,which is an important factor to ensure the performance of the period,and to a certain extent,the construction cost is saved. In short,the application of BIM technology in the mechanical and electrical engineering of complex venues provides a guarantee for the perfect performance and cost control of the project.
