四通换向阀内制冷剂流动的数值模拟

摘要
结合热泵系统冷热工况的差异对四通换向阀进行设计计算,对不同设计工况下的四通换向阀内制冷剂流动进行了数值模拟,分析了制冷制热模式下的传热损失,并通过观察云图分析传热损失的原因。通过对比分析发现,四通换向阀的设计工况取制冷工况时传热损失较小。
        According to the difference between the hot and cold working conditions of the heat pump system,the design and calculation of the four-way reversing valve were carried out,and the refrigerant flow in the four-way reversing valve was simulated. The heat transfer losses under the cooling mode and heating mode were evaluated. The factors of the heat transfer losses were analyzed by observing cloud images. The results show that the four-way reversing valve has less heat transfer loss when it is designed according to the cooling condition.
