摘要
为了探讨丁香酚对兔痒螨的杀螨机制,试验用液体石蜡将丁香酚稀释成不同浓度,采用浸杀法测定丁香酚对兔痒螨成螨的半数致死浓度(median lethal concentration,LC_(50))和半数致死时间(median lethal time,LT_(50))。结果表明:4,2,1 mg/m L浓度的丁香酚均可在24 h内杀死全部供试螨;在2,4,8,12,18,24小时时,丁香酚杀螨的LC_(50)分别为3.219,2.289,0.872,0.695,0._(50)7,0.319 mg/m L;浓度为4,2,1,0.5,0.25,0.125 mg/m L时,丁香酚杀螨的LT_(50)分别为1.6,3.5,8.0,19.8,29.4,52.1 h。说明丁香酚具有显著的杀螨活性。
        To investigate the acaricidal mechanism of eugenol on Psoroptes cuniculi( P. cuniculi),liquid paraffin was used to dilute eugenol at different concentrations. A dipping method was used to determine the median lethal concentration( LC_(50)) and median lethal time( LT_(50)) of eugenol to adult mites of P. cuniculi in vitro. The results showed that 4,2 and 1 mg / m L concentrations of eugenol could kill all tested mites within24 h. The values of LD_(50) of eugenol to P. cuniculi were 3. 219,2. 289,0. 872,0. 695,0. _(50)7 and 0. 319 mg / m L at 2,4,8,12,18 and24 h,respectively. While the values of LT_(50) at 4,2,1,0. 5,0. 25 and 0. 125 mg / m L concentrations of eugenol were 1. 6,3. 5,8. 0,19. 8,29. 4 and 52. 1 h,respectively. The results indicate that eugenol has a significantly acaricidal activity in vitro.
