摘要
选取5月龄左右、平均体重37.28 kg±0.46 kg的杜泊羊×本地绵羊杂交一代羊48只,采取单因素完全随机分组设计,将试验羊分为自由采食组、80%限饲组、60%限饲组和40%限饲组4组,研究不同饲养水平对杜本杂交一代羊饲料养分消化率及其体组成能量和蛋白质沉积的影响。结果表明:杜本杂交一代羊的饲料养分消化率随月龄增长而逐渐提高;在同一阶段,随着饲养水平的降低,饲料养分消化率有增长趋势(P>0.05)。随饲养水平的降低,试验全期杜本杂交一代羊体内组织蛋白沉积和能量沉积逐渐降低(P<0.05)。
48 lambs crossed Dorper and local sheep were selected to carry out fattening experiment,the lamb age was 5 months and average body weight was 37.28 kg±0.46 kg. According to single factor completely random group design,lambs were divided into 4 groups,including free feeding group,80% limited feeding group,60% limited feeding group and 40% limited feeding group,the aim was to research the effect of different feeding level on feed digestibility,energy and protein deposition in body constitute. The results indicated that the feed digestibility increased with the age;at the same period,with feeding level decrease,the feed digestibility had a trend increased(P >0.05). Energy and protein deposition in body constitute also decreased with th feeding level during fattening(P<0.05).
