水稻不育系神9A抑制恢复系感光性的初步研究

摘要
将水稻感光恢复系3925、3926和3927与不育系神9A、82A、Q2A和Q6A分别进行杂交,将杂交种在不同播期和不同纬度下种植,对其播抽期进行比较研究。结果表明,普通不育系82A、Q2A和Q6A与感光恢复系3925、3926和3927所配杂交组合在低纬度短日照地区海南省陵水县英州基地能正常抽穗,播抽期为82~88 d;在高纬度长日照地区重庆市巴南区忠兴基地和重庆市垫江县沙坪基地却均不能正常抽穗;在忠兴基地的分期播种试验中,这些组合各播期也均未能正常抽穗。然而,神9A与上述3个感光恢复系所配杂交组合在以上3个地区均能正常抽穗;在忠兴基地3月10日—4月10日的分4期的不同播期下也均正常抽穗,播抽期为87~115 d。这表明神9A可能含有抑制恢复系感光性的基因,具有感光抑制特性。育种上可以利用含有此类基因的不育系与感光恢复系配组,选育出适应在长日照条件下种植的杂交水稻组合。
        The days from seeding to heading of the hybrids derived from the photosensitive rice restorer lines 3925,3926, and 3927 and male sterile lines Shen 9 A, 82 A, Q2 A and Q6 A were compared under different sowing date and different latitude. The results showed that the hybrids from the common male sterile lines 82 A, Q2 A and Q6 A could get heading normally with 82~88 days to heading at Yingzhou Base, Lingshui County, Hainan Province, a short daylength region at lower latitude, but they couldn't get heading at Zhongxing Base of Banan District and Shaping Base of Dianjiang County in Chongqing, a long daylength region at higher latitude, and in the split sowing experiment at Zhongxing Base, they couldn't get heading either for all split sowings. However, the hybrids from Shen 9 A could head normally at all of the above three locations, and they could also head normally with 87~115 days to heading at Zhongxing Base under four different sowing dates from March 10 to April 10. It is indicated that Shen 9 A might contain the inhibiting genes to photosensitivity in the restorer lines thus show the characteristic of photosensitivity inhibition. In rice breeding, the male sterile lines containing such photosensitivity inhibiting genes could be used to cross with photosensitive restorer lines and develop hybrid rice combinations suitable for growing under long daylength conditions.
