论思想政治教育话语权

摘要
思想政治教育话语权本质上体现的是在相对稳定的时空范围内所确立的权力位置和社会关系,是一种控制与被控制、支配与被支配的社会关系。作为国家结构性权力,思想政治教育话语权要确保政权的合法与合理,要求国家话语表达的主流价值观与社会民众表达意志接近或一致,实现国家意识形态权力与民众意志权利相结合,达成社会公民利益与政治利益的最佳结合点,这是国家稳定、社会安全的软实力保障。思想政治教育话语权作为利益的反应机制,在复杂的话语场域和价值指向中,必须明确坚持意识形态领域的一元主导思想。我国思想政治教育话语权要坚持捍卫马克思主义理论的指导地位,坚持增强马克思主义的领导,尤其在网络时代,要积极拓展各种平台和路径,谋求马克思主义的当代话语权,确保意识形态领导权。
The discourse power of ideological and political education is embodied in the position of power and social relations.It is a social relationship between control and being controlled,domination and being dominated.As the structural power of the state,the ideological and political education discourse power should ensure that the regime iegitimate and reasonable and require the consistance between the values of the state mainstream expressions and the expressed will of the social mass.The combination of social and civil interests and political interests is the soft power of national stability and social security.The ideological and political education discourse power as the reaction mechanism of interest must be clearly in accordance with the dominant ideology.
