摘要
以某槽形梁-钢桁组合结构桥梁下弦节点为原型,根据相似理论,制作了3个1∶3的节点模型。通过对模型进行水平单调静力加载和有限元模拟分析,对节点的破坏形态、极限承载力及各组成构件的受力性能进行了研究。结果表明:节点模型的破坏形态主要包括受压腹杆局部屈曲和节点核心区混凝土的开裂;节点核心区刚度大,承载力高,PBL剪力键群和节点板能有效地将弦杆和腹杆连接成整体;采用有限元软件对节点进行分析合理可行。
Three joint models of 1∶ 3 scales were made according to the similarity theory based on the prototype of joints of bottom chords of a channel beam-steel truss composite structure bridge. The monotonous static horizontal load test and finite element simulation analysis were carried out on the models to investigate the failure modes,ultimate bearing capacities of joints and mechanical behaviors of different components. The results indicate that the failure modes of the joints mainly include the buckling failure of compressed web member and the concrete cracking failure in joint core region. The joint core region has high stiffness and great bearing capacity. The chord members and web members can be connected as a whole effectively through the PBL shear bond groups and the joint plates. It is reasonable and feasible to use the finite element software to analyze the joints.
