摘要
北京二号民用商业卫星星座由三颗高分辨率光学遥感卫星组成,是国家核准的民用商业遥感卫星,卫星自发射以来其民用应用有待开展,开展之前有必要对其进行相应测试,以测试影像本身质量及工程项目应用效果。本文以获取的湖南省常德市部分区域的北京二号原始影像为基础,研究其在国土资源部主导的土地利用变更调查遥感监测项目中的应用效果。本文采用同等分辨率的高分二号作为对比数据源,依照遥感监测项目流程对其进行遥感解译提取地类图斑,最后从图斑个数、面积、属性等方面判别北京二号应用效果。测试结果表明:北京二号卫星影像具备较高的地物识别能力以及提取面积精度,能够满足土地变更调查遥感监测1米级的监测需求。
        BJ-2 commercial satellite constellation is composed of three high-resolution optical remote sensing satellites and is a civil commercial remote sensing satellite approved by the state. Since the satellite was launched, its civil application needs to be carried out. it is necessary to carry out corresponding tests to test the quality of the image itself and the application effect of the project. Based on the original image of BJ-2 in some areas of Changde City, Hunan Province, this paper studies its application effect in the remote sensing monitoring project of land use change survey led by the Ministry of Land and Resources. This paper uses GF-2 with the same resolution as the comparative data source, and extracts the class diagram spots by remote sensing interpretation according to the process of remote sensing monitoring project. Finally, the application effect of BJ-2 is judged from the number, area and attributes of the spots. The test results show that BJ-2 satellite image has high feature recognition capability and extraction area accuracy, and can meet the monitoring requirements of 1 meter level for remote sensing monitoring of land change survey.
