从1例肛肠全麻术后尿潴留病例思考中医处理思路及方案

摘要
目的从中医角度讨论肛肠全麻术后麻醉因素引起尿潴留的原因及处理思路。方法对本科室1例全麻下行"外剥内扎术"后出现尿潴留患者的临床资料进行分析,并给出相关处理思路及方案;结果患者尿潴留症状改善。结论中医治疗为肛肠全麻术后出现尿潴留的解决提供了新思路。
Objective Discussion on the causes and treatment of urinary retention caused by anesthesia factors after anorectal general anesthesia from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine; Methods The clinical data of one patient with urinary retention after general anesthesia under the general external anesthesia was analyzed, and related treatment ideas and plans were given. Results Patients with urinary retention symptoms improved. Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment provides a new idea for the solution of urinary retention after anorectal general anesthesia.
