摘要
为全面深入了解北京市节水农业机械化现状,选取京郊重点产业具有代表性的节水农业机械化技术及设备作为研究对象,摸清现阶段北京市节水农业机械化技术、政策以及运行机制,并对节水农业机械现状及存在的问题进行梳理分析。围绕农业结构调整、农业发展方式转变两大主线,有针对性地提出节水农业机械化的政策建议和措施,为提高北京市节水农业机械化能力提供数据基础和技术支持。
        For comprehensive insight into present situation of water saving agriculture mechanization in Beijing,key industry representative water-saving agricultural mechanization technology and equipment of Beijing suburbs were selected as research object,water saving agricultural mechanization technology,policy and operation mechanism at present stage of Beijing were investigated. And present situation of water saving agriculture machinery and problems existing were sorted out and analyzed. Around two main lines of agricultural structure adjustment and agricultural development mode change,policy suggestions and measures of water saving agricultural mechanization were targeted put forward to provide data basis and technical support to improving water saving agricultural mechanization ability.
