中医护理技术临床应用与发展的影响因素和对策分析

摘要
目的探究影响中医护理技术临床应用与发展的因素和对策。方法选取(2016年11月—2017年10月)及2017年11月—2018年11月实施护理质量改进前后中医护理患者108例,分析影响护理质量的因素,采取相应对策。结果实验组文书书写、安全意识、操作技术、理论基础等评分以及总满意度(98.15%)均明显高于对照组(85.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析影响中医护理技术临床应用的原因和对策,能提升中医护理质量,保证护理效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the factors and countermeasures affecting the clinical application and development of Chinese medicine nursing technology. Methods 108 cases of TCM nursing patients from November 2016 to October 2017 and November 2017 to November 2018 were selected before and after the implementation of nursing quality improvement, and the factors affecting the quality of nursing were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were taken. Results The scores of the writing, safety awareness, operational techniques, theoretical basis, and total satisfaction(98.15%) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(85.19%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Analysis of the causes and countermeasures affecting the clinical application of Chinese medicine nursing technology can improve the quality of Chinese medicine nursing and ensure the nursing effect, which is worth promoting.
