CT与MRI诊断胰腺癌的作用

摘要
目的分析胰腺癌采用CT与MRI的诊断价值。方法选取我院500例疑似胰腺癌患者通过CT、MRI分别进行检查,并将病理结果作为依据,评定两种检查方法的诊断结果。结果 MRI组胰腺癌确诊率略高于CT组,其误诊率则略低于CT组(P> 0.05);CT组对病灶≥2 cm的确诊率及对病灶侵犯邻近组织的确诊率均低于MRI组(P <0.05)。结论与CT相比,MRI可将胰腺癌患者病灶大小、是否侵犯邻近组织进行更好的显示,临床可根据患者病情需要合理选择影像学检查方法,必要的情况下CT联合MRI有利于进一步提高诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in pancreatic cancer. Methods 500 suspected pancreatic cancer patients in our hospital were examined by CT and MRI respectively, and the pathological results were used as the basis to evaluate the diagnostic results of the two methods. Results The diagnostic rate of pancreatic cancer in the MRI group was slightly higher than that in the CT group, and the misdiagnosis rate was slightly lower than that in the CT group(P>0.05). The diagnostic rate of CT group for lesions(≥2 cm) and for lesions invading adjacent tissues was lower than that of MRI group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CT, MRI can better display the size of pancreatic cancer lesions and whether they invade adjacent tissues. Clinically, imaging methods can be reasonably selected according to patients' needs. If necessary, CT combined with MRI can further improve the diagnostic value.
