摘要
本研究以广东某线路板生产企业为例,利用水解酸化和两级曝气生物滤池工艺处理线路板综合废水。处理后,废水COD_(Cr)从1 000 mg/L降到70 mg/L,氨氮从50 mg/L降到5 mg/L,总铜从150 mg/L降到0.2mg/L,总磷从3.0 mg/L降到0.3 mg/L,去除率分别为93%、90%、99.9%和90%,都能达到设计要求,达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)相关要求。实践结果表明,该工艺处理稳定,效果好,同时操作简单,处理成本低,是处理线路板废水比较理想的工艺。
        This study takes a circuit board manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong as an example, and uses the hydrolysis acidification and two-stage biological aerated filter process to treat the integrated wastewater of the circuit board. After treatment, the wastewater COD_(Cr) decreased from 1 000 mg/L to 70 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen decreased from 50 mg/L to 5 mg/L, total copper decreased from 150 mg/L to 0.2 mg/L, and total phosphorus from 3.0 mg/L reduced to 0.3 mg/L, the removal rate of 93%, 90%, 99.9% and 90%, respectively, can meet the design requirements, and can meet the relevant requirements of "Electroplating Pollutant Emission Standards"(GB21900-2008). The practice results show that the process is stable, the effect is good, the operation is simple, and the processing cost is low, which is an ideal process for treating circuit board wastewater.
