摘要
为了提高规模化养殖禽舍内环境质量的调节效率,设计了采用可编程逻辑控制器自动调节通风窗开度的开窗机。针对禽舍内实际环境调节的需要,在实现对机械结构设计的基础上,对控制系统及其算法进行了设计分析。实践表明:该开窗机自动化程度高、操作简便、易于控制,能够实时有效调节通风窗开度,并通过控制器协同风机等其他装置,共同完成对禽舍内环境质量的调节。
In order to improve the regulation efficiency of environment quality in poultry house,it designs a window machine with automatic control of the opening of the ventilation window with PLC control. Based on the mechanical structure requirement,it develops the control system and its algorithm. The results show that the window automatism is high,easy to operate and control,can adjust the opening of the ventilation window in real time,and cooperate with other devices through the controller to complete the adjustment of environment quality in the poultry house,and have certain application value.
