摘要
随着油田隐患井数量逐年增加,井况日益复杂。为实现有效降低修井作业成本,减少工人劳动强度,各油田提出了小修代替大修作业。液压转盘是油田修井作业时用于钻水泥塞以及浅井套铣、造扣等井下作业的一种新型机械化设备,可为倒扣打捞提供旋转动力,扩大小型修井机的作业范围和能力。在J油田进行8井次试验,单井缩短作业周期15d以上,节省作业费用$40多万元,实现了降本增效的目的。
        In order to effectively reduce the cost of workover operation and the labor intensity of workers,minor repairing is gradually recommended to replace overhaul operation in various oilfields.Hydraulic turntable is a new type of mechanized equipment used for drilling cement plug,shallow well casing milling,buckling and other downhole operations in oil field workover operations.In the field test,the hydraulic turntable can be effectively used as the rotating power of upside-down fishing to enlarge the operation scope and capability of small workover rigs.In J oilfield,8 well site tests have been carried out.The operation cycle of a single well has been reduced by more than 15 days and the operation cost has been saved by more than $400,000 yuan,the cost has been successfully reduced with enhanced efficiency.
