摘要

指出了2016年全国退耕还林还草工程要求实施地块坡度在25°以上,针对上期退耕还林工程实施后剩余地块选择难度较大、容易产生地块重叠等实际问题,提出了通过ArcGIs 10.2软件在退耕地块规划过程中进行筛选和现地勾绘,能节省大量人力物力,在实际操作中提高工作效率。
        In 2016,the national project of returning farmland to forestry and grassland requires implemented areas' slope above 25 degree.After the previous project,there appeared practical problems such as difficult selection of remaining areas and easy overlapping land.Arcgis 10.2 could help us to filter and plot in situ in the planning process of returning farmland,it not only saves lots of manpower and material,but improves the efficiency in actual operation.
