HFALS在车身车间的应用

摘要
HFALS可实现物料搬运和线边物料空满箱双向切换的无人化作业,通过车身车间门盖中心从分拼下线区到仓库滚筒存储区的规划、开发,分析了HFALS的应用特点。
HFALS(H-frame AGV Line-feeding System) is an automatic line-feeding system consisting of AGVs with multiple Hframes in tow, which can realize unmanned material handling and and the automatic two-way switching of the empty and full boxes by the production line. In this paper, through the planning and development of the working process from the split off-line area to the drum storage area of the warehouse in the face plate center of the car body workshop, we showcased and analyzed the application and characteristics of the HFALS.
