对行剖宫产手术的初产妇进行优质护理的效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨对进行剖宫产手术的初产妇进行优质护理的临床效果。方法:将2016年6月至2017年10月期间在乐山市五通桥区妇幼保健院进行剖宫产手术的78例初产妇作为研究对象。将这78例初产妇平均分为参照组和实验组。对这78例初产妇均进行剖宫产手术。术后,对参照组产妇进行常规护理,对实验组产妇进行优质护理。然后,比较两组产妇术后首次泌乳的时间、术后子宫复旧的时间、掌握母乳喂养知识的优秀率及其母乳喂养率。结果:接受护理后,与参照组产妇相比,实验组产妇术后首次泌乳的时间和术后子宫复旧的时间均更短,其掌握母乳喂养知识的优秀率和母乳喂养率均更高(P<0.05)。结论:对进行剖宫产手术的初产妇进行优质护理的效果显著,可有效地促进其泌乳,缩短其术后子宫复旧的时间,提高其母乳喂养率。
objective: to explore the clinical effect of quality nursing for the first time parturients undergoing cesarean section. Methods: 78 cases of parturients who underwent cesarean section surgery in women and children's health care hospital of wutongqiao district, leshan city from June 2016 to October 2017 were studied. The 78 parturients were divided into the reference group and the experimental group on average. Cesarean section was performed on all 78 parturients. Postoperatively, routine nursing was conducted for the women in the reference group and high-quality nursing was carried out for the women in the experimental group. Then, the first lactation time, the postoperative period of uterine recovery, the excellent rate of breast feeding knowledge and the rate of breast feeding were compared between the two groups. Results: after care, compared with the control group maternal, the experimental group after Chan Fu Shu first lactation time and postoperative uterine instauration time is shorter, the master of breastfeeding knowledge proficiency and breastfeeding rates were higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of high quality nursing on the first parturient after cesarean section is significant, which can effectively promote the lactation, shorten the postoperative period of uterine rehabilitation and improve the rate of breastfeeding.
