摘要
邻近性和嵌入性是选择创新合作伙伴时要考虑的重要因素,为探究两者与企业创新效率的关系,选择创新标杆企业华为技术有限公司为研究对象,利用随机前沿分析方法测度该公司创新效率,运用回归分析方法研究创新伙伴间地理邻近性、技术邻近性、组织邻近性和关系嵌入性对华为创新效率的影响,针对企业未来创新管理实践中的伙伴选择提出相关对策建议。分析表明,创新伙伴间技术邻近性、地理邻近性与创新效率呈显著的正相关关系;组织邻近性与关系嵌入性对创新效率提升作用不显著。
        Proximity and embeddability are important factors to consider when selecting partners. In order to explore the relationship between the two and the efficiency of enterprise innovation, the research takes innovative benchmarking enterprise Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd as the empirical object, measures the innovation efficiency of the company by using Stochastic Frontier Analysis, and then explores the influence of geographical proximity, technological proximity, organizational proximity and relational embeddability on the innovation efficiency of Huawei by regression analysis. Finally, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the partner selection in the future innovation management practice of enterprises. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between technological proximity, geographical proximity and innovation efficiency among innovation partners; the organizational proximity and relationship embeddability have no significant effect on innovation efficiency.
