微电解-芬顿法预处理废水技术在邯钢焦化厂的应用实践

摘要
通过在邯钢焦化厂废水处理工艺前段应用微电解-芬顿法进行预处理,达到降低废水COD和氨氮等污染指标,并提高其可生化性的目的。经过在焦化厂的运行实践表明,该工艺可以有效降低COD40%以上,氨氮去除率达到17%,可生化性提高40%左右,从而减少了稀释消泡水的使用,降低了我厂的废水运行成本。
        In this paper,micro-electrolysis-Fenton pre-treatment was used to pretreat the wastewater in the coking plant of Handan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.in order to reduce index of wastewater such as COD and ammonia-nitrogen as well as improve its biodegradability.The operation practice in coking plant shows that the process can effectively reduce COD by more than40%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate by 17%,biodegradability by about 40%,thus reducing the use of diluted defoaming water and reducing the operation cost of wastewater in the plant.
