摘要
目的观察针刺运动结合手法治疗跟痛症的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—12月收治的90例跟痛症患者,均分为针刺运动结合手法组与跟骨垫治疗组,分别采用针刺运动结合手法治加跟骨垫和单纯使用跟骨垫治疗,应用Maryland足功能评分分别于治疗开始前、治疗后及治疗后1个月进行治疗效果评估。结果治疗结束及治疗结束后1个月Maryland足功能评分针刺运动结合手法组为(92±5. 75)分、(89±5. 0)分,高于跟骨垫治疗组(78±5. 05)分、(68±5. 75)分。治疗组治疗效果明显优于跟骨垫治疗组。结论传统针刺手法结合运动是治疗跟痛症的有效疗法,值得临床应用。
        Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and physical exercise combined with manipulation in the treatment of calcaneodynia. Methods 90 patients from January 2017 to December 2017 were divided into acupuncture exercise combined with manipulation group and calcaneal pad treatment group,They were treated withacupuncture exercise combined with manipulation and simple use of calcaneal pad respectively. Maryland foot function score was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect before,after and one month after treatment. Results At the end of treatment and one month after the end of treatment,Maryland's foot function score in the acupuncture exercise combined with manipulation group was( 92 ± 5. 75) and( 89 ± 5. 0),higher than that in the calcaneal pad group( 78 ± 5. 05) and( 68 ± 5. 75). The therapeutic effect of the acupuncture exercise combined with manipulation group was significantly better than that of the calcaneal pad treatment group. Conclusion Traditional acupuncture exercise combined with manipulation is an effective treatment for heel pain,which is worthy of clinical application.
