新创企业不同战略导向对商业模式创新的影响研究

摘要
本研究基于组织双元战略的视角,划分了新创企业不同的战略导向对商业模式创新的影响,即技术导向、市场导向、平衡型导向以及组合型导向分别对开拓性商业模式创新和完善性商业模式创新的影响。通过文献梳理和理论模型的构建,提出了新创企业战略导向与商业模式创新之间影响关系的研究假设,运用中国新创企业的经验数据对提出的理论假设进行验证。研究表明:技术导向对开拓性商业模式创新具有正向影响,但对完善性商业模式创新的正向影响不显著;市场导向、平衡型导向分别对完善性商业模式创新和开拓性商业模式创新都具有显著的正向影响;组合型导向对完善性商业模式创新具有显著的正向影响,但是对开拓性商业模式创新的正向影响关系不显著。
        Based on the perspective of organizational ambidexterity strategy, this study divided the influence of different strategic orientations for new enterprises on business model innovation. That is how technology orientation, market orientation, balanced orientation and combined orientation effect on pioneering business model innovation and perfecting business model innovation respectively. Through literature review and theoretical model construction, the research hypothesis of the relationship between strategic orientation and business model innovation of new and innovative enterprises is put forward, and the theoretical hypothesis is verified according to the empirical data of Chinese new and innovative enterprises. The research shows that the technology orientation has positive effect on the pioneering business model innovation and has no significant positive effect on perfecting business model innovation.Market orientation and balanced orientation respectively have significant positive effect on the pioneering business model innovation and the perfecting business model innovation.The combined orientation has no significant positive effect on the pioneering business model innovation and has positive effect on the perfecting business model innovation.
