摘要
LED灯管光扩散涂层主要采用水性聚丙烯酸树脂乳液作为黏结剂,需要从理化性质方面对其体系稳定性进行分析,以满足产品生产要求。首先对LED灯管光扩散涂料的电化学性能进行分析,进而研究其涂层体系的理化性质原理,包括黏结度、涂层应力和断裂特点、黏结质量等影响因素。
LED light tube light diffusion coating mainly uses water-based polyacrylic resin emulsion material as binder.It is necessary to analyze the stability of the system from the physical and chemical properties to meet the production requirements.In this paper,the electrochemical properties of LED tube light diffusion coatings are firstly analyzed,and the physical and chemical properties of the coating system are studied,including the factors affecting the adhesion,the stress and fracture characteristics of the coating,and the factors affecting the bonding quality.
