摘要
在分析行业背景高职院校开展校企合作所具备的优势基础上,从建立基于合作主体之间的激励机制、制约机制、保障机制等方面对校企合作长效运行机制的改革创新途径提出了相应对策。并结合江西交通职业技术学院与交通运输行业企业开展校企合作的办学实践,论述了学院通过改革创新"内外统筹、五方协同"的人才共育机制、"内培外引、校企互通"的师资共培机制、"内外联动,责权清晰"的基地共建机制、"项目引领,团队跟进"的服务共赢机制,实现了行业企业与高职院校的和谐共赢,显著提升了技术技能人才的培养质量。
On the basis of analyzing the advantages of the industry-led higher vocational colleges in carrying out college-enterprise cooperation, from the establishment of incentive mechanism, restriction mechanism, safeguard mechanism based on the subject of cooperation, the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures for reforming and innovating in long-acting operating mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation. and with the combinination of the practice of school-enterprise cooperation between Jiangxi V&T College of Communications and transportation industry enterprise, it expounds through reform and innovation of the cooperation mechanism in "internal and external coordinate, five party coordination" educating students, "Intramural culture and pulling from the outside,school and enterprise interoperability" training teaching staff, "internal and external linkage, clear responsibility" practice base construction, "project lead, team follow-up" social service,achieving a harmonious win-win situation between industry enterprise and higher vocational colleges,significantly improving the technical talent cultivation quality.
