增强型RFS硫转移助剂在洛阳2#催化装置的试用

摘要
洛阳石化2#催化裂化装置2014年新增烟气脱硫脱硝装置,正常生产期间外排烟气能够达到环保指标,但是存在碱液消耗量大,双脱塔负荷较高,外排废水盐含量高的环保问题。在试用石科院研发的增强型RFS硫转移助剂期间,当硫转移助剂质量占到催化剂总藏量2%后,双脱塔入口烟气中SO2质量浓度下降78.6%,碱液消耗量下降43.5%,外排废水溶解性固体质量浓度下降55.6%,达到了预期试用目标。
        A new flue gas desulfurization and denitrification unit was added in No.2 catalytic cracking unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Company in 2014.The flue gas discharged during normal production can meet the environmental protection targets,but there are environmental problems such as large consumption of alkali liquor,high load of double tower and high salt content of effluent.During the trial use of the enhanced RFS sulfur transfer promoter developed by the Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing,when the mass of sulfur transfer promoter accounted for 2% of the total catalyst reserves,the mass concentration of SO2 in the flue gas at the entrance of the double stripper decreased by 78.6%,the consumption of alkali solution decreased by 43.5%,and the mass fraction of soluble solids in the effluent decreased by 55.6%.
