摘要
目的通过骨密度测量和调查问卷分析广西在校城乡大学生骨密度的差异。方法使用GE公司生产的Achilles Express超声骨密度仪对1383名19~23岁广西在校城乡大学生(男生209名,女生1174名)进行骨强度指数(Bone quality index,BQI)和T值测量,并采用问卷调查搜集其基本资料,包括性别、家庭住址和生活方式等,通过评估骨质状况进行分析其骨密度差异。结果广西在校城镇男大学生BQI显著低于在校乡村男大学生BQI,而乡村男性大学生BQI显著高于女性大学生,总体男性大学生的BQI高于女性大学生(均P<0.05);乡村男大学生T值高于乡村女大学生,乡村男大学生的T值高于城镇男大学生,总体男大学生的T值高于女大学生(均P<0.05)。结论乡村男大学生骨密度优于城镇男大学生及乡村女大学生。
        Objective To analysis differences in bone mineral density(BMD)between urban and rural university students in Guangxi via BMD and questionnaire. Methods The bone quality index(BQI)and T-score of 1383 college students,aged 19~23 coming from urban and rural areas in Guangxi,were measured by the Achilles Express ultrasonic bone densitometer(GE Corporation,American).The characteristics,such as gender,address,lifestyle etc,were collected by questionnaires,and bone qualitywas evaluated by analyzing the differences in BMD. Results The BQI of male college students in town was significantly lower than that of male students in village,but rural male college students had a significantly higher BQI than female,the BQI of male was higher than that of female in totally(all P<0.05).The T-score of male college students was higher than that of female college students in village,but T-score of the rural was higher than that of the urban among college students,and men had a significantly greater T-score than female(all P<0.05). Conclusion The BMD of rural male college students was better than that of both urban male college students and rural female college students.
