大断面切巷快速开口施工工艺技术研究

摘要
受施工工艺、地质构造等因素影响,大断面切巷在开口施工时经常出现巷道成型差、巷道顶板维护控制效果差、快速开口难度大等难题,威胁着巷道安全施工。干河煤矿通过技术研究,对复杂条件下1-209切巷开口施工提出了合理有效施工工艺及支护措施,保证了大断面切巷安全快速开口施工。
Affected by the factors such as construction technology, geological structure, there often appear poorformed roadway, difficulty in quick opening and poor maintenance of roadway roof control when large section cutting roadway in opening construction, which threatening the safety of roadway construction. Ganhe Coal Mine through technology research, under the condition of the complicated cut 1-209 lane put forward the reasonable and effective construction technology and supporting measures, after many technical researches, which ensures that the large section cut lane opening construction is operated safely and quickly.
