2例锁骨下静脉置管术导致的纵隔气肿、膈下游离气体、皮下气肿原因分析

摘要
<正>锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术是测定中心静脉压,了解心功能,指导输液速度,以抢救危重患者的一种重要手段。目前已逐步推广应用于大量快速输血输液、静脉高营养疗法、化疗、经静脉放置起搏导管甚至长期经静脉治疗而外周血管状况不好等情况。常用的穿刺位置有经锁骨中点、锁骨中内1/3交界处、锁骨中外1/3交
