摘要
采用4因素3水平肥料正交试验设计,研究不同施肥技术条件下,红地球葡萄果品性状与主要农艺性状的关系。结果表明:(1)红地球葡萄叶片数、总叶面积、果穗枝干鲜重、新梢数、新梢总茎围、总鲜重农艺性状和葡萄果实维生素C、糖酸比、总糖的变异较大,生产上应加强管理,稳定这些性状,提高果品质量;(2)葡萄果实维生素C含量与叶片数和果穗长、总叶面积间极显著负相关,总酸含量与主枝总茎围、总糖含量与叶苔数间显著正相关,蛋白质含量与果穗枝干总重、总鲜重间显著负相关;(3)在果品性状间,红地球葡萄果实总糖与糖酸比间极显著正相关,总酸与蛋白质间显著正相关。说明要提高葡萄果品性状,需合理促进叶片数、果穗长、总叶面积、主枝总茎围、叶苔数、果穗枝干总重、总鲜重等性状的生长。
        Abstr act Grape Red Globe(Vitis vinifera L.) was cultivated under different schemes of fertilizers to observe the relationship between the quality and major agronomic traits. An orthogonal test was arranged for the trial with 4 factors and 3 levels of fertilizers. The results showed that the agronomic traits such as number of leaves, total leaf area, fresh weight of fruit branches, number of new flushes, total girth of new flushes and total fresh weight were highly differently related with the vitamin C content, sugar acid ratio,total sugar content. An emphasis should be made on these agronomic traits in grape production to improve the quality of grape fruits. The vitamin C content of the grape Red Globe was very negatively and significantly correlated with leaf number, length of fruit branches and total leaf area. The total acid content was positively and significantly correlated with stem girth of main branches and node number. The protein content was negatively and significantly correlated with total weight of fruit branches, total weight of fresh fruits. The analysis of the correlation of quality trait with agronomic traits showed that total sugar content had highly significant positive correlation with sugar acid ratio, and that total acid had significant positive correlation with protein content. All these indicate that the growth of grape Red Globe should be promoted in such agronomic traits as leaf number, fruit branch length, total leaf area, total girth of main branches,number of leaf nodes, total weight of fruit branches, total fresh weight, etc. to improve the quality of grape fruit.
